A: You can make the most of your £100 in credits by using them to book from our most popular and in-demand services. This means that you can book up to 10 different services with a discount of £10 each. So, go ahead and use your credits to save money while enjoying our top services!

A: Absolutely! With your Club account, you have full control over your Crew Experience Club membership. By accessing the Fantastic Club section in your account, you can easily view your membership status and take charge of it. From there, you can manage your membership details, update your personal information, and make any necessary changes. Our online platform makes it easy for you to stay on top of your Club membership and ensure that you’re getting the most out of it.

A: As a member of the Fantastic Club, you have access to priority booking. This means that some booking slots are reserved exclusively for our members, allowing you to schedule services at more convenient times throughout the week. With priority booking.

A: The seasonal deals we offer are discounts on grooming services or haircut packages during holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Easter. Q: Can I let somebody else use my Crew Experience Club benefits?
A: Well, you can book a service for another member of your household. However, the membership itself cannot be transferred to another account.
Q: Can I have my membership refunded?
A: This can be done within two weeks of purchase. Based on the discounts you have used, you may receive a partial or full refund.
Q: How do I earn credits?
A: Upon purchase (or renewal) of the Crew Experience Club membership you will receive £100 in credits. Also, you can use your unique code (found in your account) to refer a friend. When they book a service using your code, you will earn 10 credits which you can use for your future bookings. The friend you refer will also get 10 credits as a welcome gift.
Q: Are there any other membership plans?
A: No, we have only an annual membership for now. It’s a single payment of £ 30
