Members Policy

Membership Policy:

We offer a membership program to our clients that provides exclusive benefits in exchange for an annual membership fee of £30. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by our membership policy as detailed below.

Membership Benefits:

Once you become a member, you will receive a credit of £10 off any service booked through our platform, up to a maximum of 10 times per year. This credit can be applied to any service provided by any service provider on our platform. In addition, you will receive priority booking and access to exclusive promotions and offers.

Membership Fees:

The annual membership fee of £30 will be charged to your account upon sign-up and on each subsequent renewal date. The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Credit Refunds:

If you cancel your appointment less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, you will lose £10 of the credit applied to the service. The remaining credit will be refunded to your account.

Membership Cancellation:

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us directly. If you cancel your membership within the first 14 days of sign-up, you will receive a full refund of the membership fee. After this period, the membership fee is non-refundable.

Membership Renewal:

Your membership will automatically renew on the renewal date unless you cancel your membership prior to the renewal date. You will be notified of the renewal date and the membership fee amount prior to the renewal date.

We reserve the right to modify or update our membership policy at any time without prior notice. Members will be informed of any changes to our membership policy through our booking platform or via email.
